Today I have been reflecting on how much progress I have made since my diagnosis.
I am overwhelmed when I realize just how far I have come.
Last year when I did Cross Country I could barely run, now I am running with the A team and my last race was an entire 10 minutes FASTER!
That is just one example out of many many perhaps countless examples of how well I've healed.
This reflection has happened because on Friday I have a doctor appointment that I am SO anxious about.
I have been so healthy I haven't even been to the doctor all year I believe.
This is just a check up and I know that everything will be fine, but I CAN NOT wait for it to be over with.
I owe my deepest gratitude to my savior Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father for the progress that I have made.
I feel so privileged to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and for the knowledge and peace that it brings to my mind.

I wasn't sure how I could do it and I know that I can't on my own.
So for now that is what I will choose to focus on!
The positive or "the blessing(s) in the curse."
