Traveling with Crohn's Disease can be very difficult.
Traveling has always been something the I LOVE to do and for a while I have missed it.
But recently I decided to take a leap of faith and trust that things would all work out.
My sister and I went to Chicago last month!
Was it easy to find food?
No.
But was it possible?
Yes!
And with the help from my amazing family I was able to do what I love again.
Travel.
I feel so privileged and blessed to be participating in normal (I hate that word, what is normal anyways?) everyday things again.
I feel as if I have taken the back seat in life for the past 10ish months as I have been sick.
Now I am feeling better and ready to move forward with life just as it was before Crohn's disease.
I have also gone to girls camp and will soon go to cross country camp both of which are cooking adventures cause when camping, there is no kitchen.
But I have faith and trust that things will all work out.

While visiting China Town I was even able to find something that I could eat.  Yum!

My worst nightmare is being locked up in the Hershey's store for 24 hrs. all by myself surrounded by chocolate... AKA poison.

No matter WHERE I go... Crohn's disease ALWAYS seems to find me...
