1 Year Ago...

Exactly one year ago I was having my most difficult day EVER.

It all began with the summer of 2012.

Constant sickness (I'll spare you the details) intensifying.

Then on October 17th 2012 I had my first colonoscopy.

Gross! Yes I know. But necessary.

Immediatly after I was admitted to the E.R. with severe dehydration, vomit, ulcers, etc. etc.

I thought I was going to die.

I was given a second chance and now I look for the blessing in the curse.

Then on October 18th 2012 my family received a phone call with life changing news.

I have Crohn's disease.

Thankfully I look back upon that day(s) now with hope and gratitude.

I have been through something really hard and I know that I CAN DO HARD THINGS!!

I have grown so so much.

I love my family, friends, Savior and Jesus Christ for helping me overcome.
