These are the very best thing that I have made yet!
They are Gaps legal.
Grain free, sugar free, starch free
They are amazing!
Recipe
Dry: 2 cups almond flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1.5 Tbs. coconut flour
2/3 C. plus 1 Tbs. finely shredded coconut
Wet: 5 Tbsp. Butter (melted)
1/4 C. honey
1.5 Tbs. vanilla extract
Optional: Roll in cinnamon or add some raisins
Directions: Mix wet and dry separately. Combine. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
