More cookies!

Lately I have been inventing my own cookies recipes.
It has been really fun!
These pumpkin/squash cookies were inspired by my friend, Leigh.


Here is the recipe:
(It makes a lot)
3 C. almond flour
1/2 C. cashew flower
1 tsp. Baking Soda
salt (pinch)
4C. squash with almond milk (pureed)
2 eggs
1/4 C. coconut oil
nutmeg (pinch)
4 C. finely shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1 C. honey
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon

Optional:  Raisins

Mix wet, then dry ingredients.
Combine.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
