Coconut Lemon Cake!

This is my birthday cake! 
I actually have two :)

I found this awesome recipe on pinterest and decided to try and make it because it looked like a traditional cake.  Which I miss.

I am pleasantly surprised that it turned out this good!

Cake:
3/4 C. coconut flour sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp.  salt
1 C. coconut oil, melted
1 C. raw honey
10 eggs
1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
1 C. shredded coconut plus some to garnish with

Directions:
Add wet and dry ingredients separately.  Combine.  Then stir in shredded coconut.  Bake 25-35 min at 325


Frosting:
3/4 C. coconut oil melted
2/3 C. full-fat coconut milk (room temp)
1/4 C. plus 2Tbsp honey
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 C. Coconut flour
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Must glen everything in blender.  Measure flour exactly because the frosting will be very dense.  chill for at least 6 hours in the fridge.
