Lately I have
been drinking at least one green smoothie every day! This original recipe is courtesy of my Moms
friends, Jessica and Rebekah.
Ingredients:
2 C.
distilled water
3-4 pitted
dates
¼ wedge lemon
with peel
2 T. flax oil
2 large
handfuls spinach
1 small
carrot
Blend
together, then add
8 frozen
strawberries
* optional
add ½ avocado for creamier texture
