Pavlova!

I love making Pavlova cause it is quick, easy, and delicious!
And I can eat it!

Here is the recipe:
4 egg whites 
3 1/2 C. unsweetened finely shredded coconut
1/2 honey

Directions:
Whip eggs whites until stiff
Add the remaining ingredients and bake at 280 degrees.
Bake until brown (about 15 min)




Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy!
