** I adapted this recipe
Recipe:
1 1/2 C. pitted dates
1/3 C. boiling water
3 oz. butter-softened
1/2 C. honey
3 eggs
1/3 C. scd yogurt ( I used farmers cheese)
2 1/2 C. almond flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.
Bake at 300 degrees for 60 min.
Enjoy!
I topped this with some sugar free jam
