Ok here they go,
- I ate at Chipotle with my sister thinking it was no big deal until she pointed out to me that this was huge and since she isn't with me so often she didn't realize how healthy I am feeling.
- I ate some really yummy gluten free bread in the first time in about 2 1/2 years (Super big moment, I have pictures to prove it)
- I have been able to do the "lazy man iron man" (iron man spread throughout a month) and I am so thankful to be able to exercise and thankful for a healthy body!
I am so thankful that this progress was pointed out to me by my little sis this past weekend, I try to notice moments like this to express my gratitude to God but it helps when they are pointed out by someone who doesn't see you all the time.
Danielle and I had such a fun Halloween and I completely forgot that this Holiday revolves around so much candy! Danielle truly is my best friend and I am so grateful for my wonderful sister and am excited for her to be at BYU soon enough.
Life can be just like this. Often times we think that we are doing ordinary things but we are really becoming something magnificent. We often don't see our daily progress but see huge leaps when we look into the past. God works miracles into our daily lives several times a day, we just need to look out for them more often.
