What do you do when your stressed and/or worried?
I like to run, listen to music, cook, be with family, it all depends.
I'd love to hear from you about what you do to relax!

Relaxing is VERY important for me, as for anyone.
But when I worry I get sick.
Literally.
And knowing my personality (very Blue- if you are familiar with the color code, and emotional) mixed with Crohn's Disease = unhappy tummy, etc. (Those of you with Crohn's know the type)
Anyways comment and let me know what you do to destress/relax.

I like to sit down a watch a movie (Preferably comedy). It seriously calms you down without having to think about it! And try some breathing techniques!
