Today while in the store I bent over with severe sharp pain in my stomach.

I cried.

Cause this hasn't happened in a long time.

On Sunday I got sick for the very first time since my diagnosis.

Just stomach flu, but it can always be worse for me since I already have stomach troubles.

And this lasting pain is from the flu.

Darn you flu.

Why do you have to make my stomach bleed?

Even though no one besides Jesus Christ can really feel and understand my pain exactly I am SO grateful and glad to have Crohn's disease.

If I had the chance to take it back I wouldn't.

Not in a heartbeat.

Cause I have learned far too much that I couldn't have learned in any other way.

And for that I am grateful.
