In case you are wondering what is in my college, gluten free, sugar free, starch free, GMO free, pantry.... here you go!
Cooking in college has been hard. But doable. And with all this stress I'm thankful to be only a little sick.
One day, feeling particularly discouraged because of the lack of time and ingredients I started to feel sorry for myself. I prayed, read my scriptures and read 1 Nephi 15:5 in the Book of Mormon. This particular verse was an answer to my prayer. I felt "that I was overcome because of my afflictions, for I considered that Mine afflictions were great above all". But I know that is not true. God has given each of us afflictions that we can handle and learn and grow from. In that moment, and many others, I received comfort.

I have a supply of bananas (I'm addicted!), watermelon, oranges, mangoes, zucchini, pistachios, raisins, yonanas fruit, quinoa, natural pb, applesauce, herbs, eggs, cheese, fish, broccoli, carrots, celery, freeze dried apples.
Any suggestions on food to eat? Preferably cheap, healthy, and fast to make!
