Classic Green Smoothie




Very yummy and very nutritious!

Recipe is not always measured, so these are estimated measurements.

2 C. orange juice, not from concentrate
2 C. frozen pineapple (more or less to thicken or thin) 
1/4 lemon (entire thing minus the seeds)
1 tsp. grated ginger
2 C. leafy spinach or other green
Optional, berries or other fruit of choice

Blend all together in a good blender (such as blendtec or ninja) 
A good blender is key to a good smoothie
