Carrot Cake!


In a food processor combine: 

2 C. Almond Flour
2 tsp. Coconut Flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 C. applesauce
2 T. coconut oil
1/3 C. shredded carrots
1/4 C. honey
3 eggs

Once mixed thoroughly pour into bread loaf and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
