Lend a Lifting Hand

Hey you. I need your help! If I could have everyone on board with this I would be sooo happy.

I am collecting encouraging letters and/or blankets and fleece material to be donated to Primary Children's Medical Hospital.

Having briefly been a patient there myself was very eye opening. My appointments were always day in and day out kind of deals. But some children will spend many many nights there. And sometimes the rest of their lives.

Walking through those hallways has always haunted me since. Suddenly my own sickness doesn't feel so bad and I really feel quite lucky and blessed. I know that these seemingly small donations can go a long long way.

And at the end of the day, we can all use some extra love. Am I right? And it always feels good to be able to give some as well.

What you can do to help:

• Write a simple letter or picture of encouragement. (Please try not to make it too personal).
• Ask others to write letters as well and collect them and give them to me to be delivered. 
• Contact me if you would like to donate fleece material.
• If you would like to make a blanket yourself, you can give it to me and I will gladly donate it.
